This Flag Hoisting ceremony is done in India at the dawn of morning and Flag is landed down from pole at sun-set. This ritual is done by Prime Minister of India at New Delhi. All states follow this ritual with their Chief minister hoisting the flag in the prime cities of the respective states.

Flag hoisting followed by a pride parade by cadets, NCC students, Scouts, and school students. It is a blissful site to our eyes.
