Dressing cultures in India – coloring pages

People from different communities wear different types of dresses in India which marks their identity. Coloring pages of people from different states, wearing different clothes are the attraction of these worksheets. Each Image caption tells state and dress name worn by person in image. Through coloring these images kids can get knowledge about different cultures in India from their parents.

People in India belong to different communities, cultures and religions. People from different communities wear different types of dresses. Besides this they also wear different dresses on different occasions. India is a democratic nation where any one can adopt any religion and its culture and each culture has its different dressing sense.

Each state in India has its own dressing culture. The most popular dress for Indian women is saree but with different styles where men generally wear shirt-trousers, dhoti-kurta and kurta-pyjama. Out of all worksheets, some contain dresses from different states while other include official and community based, and formal dresses.
