The author is absolutely right. Reading the newspaper plays an important role in the stages of development of every human being. Not only as we know from the newspaper what is happening every day around us and in the distant world, but at the same time, the newspaper also teaches the children how to live the life which plays an important role in their human development. There are many more facilities available in today's world which help us to know the current issues of the country and world but when we talk about the newspaper, nothing can replace it, So children should spend some time on their daily routine with newspapers.

Unfortunately most students are poor in general knowledge and current affairs , therefore reading newspaper would keep them informed.
