What is the reason for delay in viewing the articles by editors?

I am a member in ISC and have joined it at the starting season of this year. There I could see that my submitted articles have been reviewed in less than a day. But here it is taking lot of time. What is the reason?
I think this site is underdevelopment and could be the lack of editors. If this is the condition, ask for editors from among our members.

Yea, I can understand this matter, but I soon expect that this site may develop to the level of all its sister sites.
