Schools section - post and get paid

Dear friends,

We are opening a new section called "Schools" in StudyVillage. In this section, we will be listing the schools in all countries.

We will start with the schools in USA.

The new section is in trial mode and is accessible here: Schools. There are several glitches that we are still working on. You will see a lot of references to India there, which we will be correcting in next few days.

We are looking for data entry operators/content writers to post the list of schools in USA. Only selected members will be recruited for this task.

Remuneration:

1. Rs 2 per school without description. All other details should be posted.

2. Rs 1 per valid sentence for description.

You may post schools without description as well.

The content posted by you may be moved out of your name to another account at a later date, after making the cash payment to you. You will not be given any other benefits other than cash credits for the posts. There will not be any AdSense revenue share as well for school posting.

The following information is required in each post:

1. Official name of school
2. Address, Phone number, email, website
3. Few other fields

Almost all schools in USA have their own websites, so it is easy to gather information. Absolutely no copy pasting of description is allowed. You may look at the website to find details of the school and then you must post them in your own words.

We will start with all cities in the state of Texas in USA, in the alphabetical order: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_Texas

Members are allowed to post schools only after we assign a city to you to pot schools from that city. Here is the list of selected members and the assigned cities:

If you are interested in this position, please post your interest in the form of a response below. If we are convinced about your ability to write good content, we will hire you.

Any schools posted without following the city assignment shown above will be deleted.

Posting Instructions
- If you do not have excellent writing skills, do not write a description. If there is a description, we want it to be in good English.

- Address in USA is well structured and not like in India. There should be 2 lines for the address:

Address line 1: House/building Number Street Name

Example: 101 Amway Street

The line 1 should be written exactly as show above. You should not include the school name in the line 1.

Address line 2: City name, State shortform Pincode

Example: Brairee, Tx - 77365

Each city in USA is well defined. Every single house/school/building to a City with a proper name. (where as in India, if you ask which city a house belong to, many people can give many answers. There are small town names, local names, big city names etc. But that is not the case in USA. There is a fixed name for each area. Everyone there knows that is their official city.).

In address line 2, you should write the exact city name and not few common names separated by comma.

After the city name, you should use a comma and then write the acronym for the state name. (Example: Tx for Texas). The full state name is also acceptable.

After the state name, you should write the pincode of the city.

There should be no extra information in the Address field.

Hi Tony sir,

It's a good decision taken by you; however as per USA's school's information everything might be available on web. Still we need to keep a database of them in our StudyVillage, where people can search and gather information about schools, as you mentioned contact information, curriculum/specialize subject/extra fields, and other important information. I can participate with you in this concert. According to me Tony sir said that start from albhatical order means you should start from the school starts with alphabet 'A'.

The main motive of Tony sir is that in this way not a single school will be left.

If you start with random schools then there will be chances of leaving some schools.

According to me post in a alphabetical order.

Everyone requested above are now assigned multiple cities. Let me know if I missed any one.

Even though you are assigned multiple cities, you are strictly not allowed to move on to completely finish each city.

If you miss a school in a city and proceed to the next city, there will be a penalty of Rs 5 per missed school.
