Why take more time for resource approval

I already post 4 resources. But still only one got approved. The other three are not reviewed by editors, which named as 'Learn magic- the hymn of solidarity', 'Pyramid challenge; maths worksheet for 1st std to 3rd standard students' and 'Find the correct way to reach the destination-A game for students in below 6 standard'.
If you try to review it quickly , I will got a picture about my work. So plese give me the reason

Still study village site is in the prelaunch stage.

There are only few editors in this site so the work load should be high.

I suggest you to keep on waiting your resources will approved soon.

We currently have very few editors who are working very hard to approve all the posts in all the sections as quickly as possible. Hence, kindly wait and keep on posting the resources. I shall approve them as soon as possible.
