Permission to post under the practice test questions section

Hi Friends,
I am a newbie to this Study Village, a site which works wonders for the welfare of young generation. I like this site very much and I need to post practice sessions under the Practice tests section. But when I tried to post I got a warning of Restricted Access. Please consider my forum and help me overcome this problem Mr. Webmaster.
