No specific reason is mentioned but given a link to the instructions because most of the rules are not followed.

1. Too many shades and pencil marks in the scanned copy

2. Images are not crispy... the path of pencil is visible

3. Images do not fill the full page

4. Images are too small or too less content in the page

5. Some images do not look professional quality
