Clarification on access to study village

I would like to ask a question on interest basis that Tony sir, you have already told that only limited members can access the account in study village. Can I believe that access is to some sections of studyvillage. I would like to get clarification on this issue.

If you don't mind can you ask the your question more clearly as some confusion is present over there like where Tony sir has mentioned? What are the sections? etc., if you give clear information the other members would only help you unless taking the matter to the head as we should not disturb Tony sir right now until 10th as he is in a vacation.
