The act of cleanliness as health education

Cleanliness helps us to healthy in a number of ways.
a. We must keep our body clean from our head to our toes.
b. Bathing daily helps to keep the body clean and fresh.
c. Combing, or weaving the hair is part of grooming.
d. Cutting the nails regularly helps to keep them free of dirt.
e. A person looks better when he or she stands, walks or sits erect, that is maintain a good posture always.
