Degradation or Increment in Schooling Process

All of us know that now the schooling sytem is changing like the changes in environment.we can take a recent example i.e.odia medium schools are now following the path of english medium school,the percentage is converted into grading.so what should be the the opinion?????Is it going in right way or wrong???In my point of view if odia medium students will be forced too give exam like english medium pattern then their confidence level will decrease because they can't be adequate themselves suddenly 2 english medium pattern.so english subject should be emphasized in odia medium school...
