Please respond to members queries on this site.

Dear webmaster, it is with great sadness and unhappiness that I write this thread.I have been on this site since last year 2013 and I have been requesting for permission to post educational resources on this site. But I have never received any response from the editors nor the webmaster.
It is very bad as it will discourage members like me not to contribute on this site. There are other members too that are seriously looking for permission to post quality educational resources on this site but no response. Please look into this quickly.
