Hi Runa,

Many parents keep on insisting their children to study all time with no fun and leisure during the exam days. They don't understand how stressful it is for their children. In many houses, watching TV is considered as a big sin during exam days. I hope they will read your article and balance the studies with relaxing methods and help their children perform better in the exams.

You are absolutely right. Exams are not meant to be a stressful period for the children. Rather, it should be the time for the children to express what they learnt. By properly managing the time, students can very well include some time for fun and watching TV during exam days.

Yoga is absolutely the best way to reduce stress and recharge their brain.

It is very ideal for the parents to really encourage their kids or children to excess in examinations. The encouragement should come from the home front and they should be adequately motivated to excel in exams.
