For crushed paper art first of all taken an A4 size white paper and draw an Giraffe. No need to draw it very perfectly you can use geometrical shapes to draw as shown below - 
Now after drawing Giraffe make the small paper ball and crush it but, very safely take care while crushing that it may not dear as shown below - 
Now patiently open the paper, don't do hurry while opening the paper the paper can tear also. Then slowly and easily press the full paper and you will get something like as shown below - 
Now fill the diagram with the yellow poster color with a flat brush gently as shown below - 
After painting the diagram you will get something like this as shown below - 
Now take another small piece of paper and do the same what we done above. Take a small piece of paper and squeeze it in your hand but do it very carefully so that paper may not tear, then you will get something as shown below - 
Now open the paper gently and apply the brown poster color with a flat brush. But do it very patiently. Now you will get something like this shown below - 
Our next step is to tear the paper into small pieces. No need to tear it neatly or in one shape just tear the paper freely and easily then you will get something like shown below - 
Then our Final step is to stick the small pieces on the Giraffe and make the eye of Giraffe and you will get something shown below -

So Collage work is also easy so for that we will draw an picture of Owl, here also no need to draw perfectly you can use the geometrical shape like I used below - 
For collage work collect paper sheets of various colors of your own choice. I used pink and dark blue color below. 
So tear them in small pieces of different shapes, no need to tear the paper very neatly of in same shape. Just tear it freely and patiently as shown below - 
Now stick the pieces which you found suitable in the diagram as shown below and make the eyes and nose of the owl also which will give a good effect on our diagram as shown below - 
So Collage Work is also easy, what you need just to observe the above steps carefully and do the work with patience and comfort.
