Step 1 - Fold the paper in the left side as shown in picture.
Step 2 - Now fold the left corner in the direction of the arrow as shown in picture.
Step 3 - Fold the another side slightly inward in the right side as shown in picture.
Step 4 - Now fold the lower corner backward in the right side as shown in picture.
Step 5 - You will now get something like this, now fold the right side corner in the direction of the arrow as shown in picture.
Step 6 - Now fold the lower tip properly in backwards to make a proper base of our boat as shown in picture.
