In this resource you'll learn the German names for the different countries!

You'll find no articles [ der(for masculine), die(for feminine), das(for neuter)-if you do remember] written before the words. because most of the countries are neuter in German and articles, also, are not used in most of the cases. But there are some countries in front of which you have to put the articles. Ex. the nation Switzerland is feminine, and so, you have to put 'die' article in front of that(i.e "die Schweiz"). Similarly, "der Iran" is written as it is masculine.

You'll now be practicing the German expressions from the earlier resource "Learn German by learning Expressions!"! There you learned the German term for the country India i.e "Indien", isn't it?
