Good article submitted by the author and every organization surges ahead with good training practice which not only induce the present employees to get that extra benefit of understanding things and also make them to take the leadership responsibilities in future. Because every old employee is the senior person to the new employee and by virtue of great experience. the old employee need to know more about the organization and the new additions made.
