How to improve the grade or rank is the constant try from every student and also their parents. Getting good grades and sustaining the same grades every month in the internals and also the exams is the great achievement and not everyone is versatile in maintaining that. What I feel that one must be attentive in class and also have the niche to learn the forthcoming lessons in advance so that whenever the teacher ask the question the student must be ready to answer before the other students raise the hands. That way one can improve upon the presence in class and also knowledge wise.

Now in the present situation the online classes are going on and even the tests are conducted. Though grades are given to the tests attended, the parents and teachers are not knowing as to where they stand in the class as regards to the performance and thus the pandemic is giving much more challenges to the working parents as they have to take much care of the child to be ahead of others in the class and how best the child is concentrating the online classes has become more worrisome as there is no personal control of the teacher and the parents are also not having any kind of interaction with the teachers.
